Battle ropes 💪🏻💥
Got some time to make a video. Going to the gym doing some weight resistance training as usual. But never felt bored to do my old and favourite session, HIIT training. I had to slot this one in to conclude my weight training and burned little extra calories at the end. .

Here are the routine if u would like to follow:
-Battle ropes(30sec)
-rest(10sec)
-Squat(30sec)
-rest(10sec)
Battle ropes(30sec)
-rest(10sec)
-Crunches(30sec)
-rest(10sec)
-Battle ropes(30sec)
-rest(10sec)
-Plank(30sec)
